   • Prohibited Activities: You may not use our Website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree not to violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
   • Expected Dispatch Time: It varies from 1 to 7 days, depending on the product chosen. Details are available on each product page.

2. Product Information & Availability

   • Product Descriptions: We strive for accuracy in product descriptions and images, but variations may occur due to changes in seasons, the natural nature of plants, and the processing method used.
   • Pricing & Availability: Prices are subject to change. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue products without notice.
   • Handcrafted Products: Our products are unique and may have slight variations in color, shape, or size due to their handcrafted nature.

3. Orders & Acceptance

   • Offer to Purchase: Placing an order is an offer to purchase, subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders for any reason.
   • Payment: We accept various payment methods. You warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
   • Order Confirmation: You’ll receive an order confirmation email, but it doesn’t guarantee acceptance. We’ll confirm acceptance once payment is processed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

   • Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct phone number and delivery address. Failure to do so may result in the order not being shipped, and no refunds will be issued for such cases.
   • Delivery Address Validation: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the product can be delivered to their provided delivery address before making the payment. We will not issue refunds for undeliverable addresses.
   • Delivery Estimates: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and product availability. We’ll provide tracking information once your order ships.
   • Recipient Information: You’re responsible for providing accurate recipient details for delivery.
   • Delivery Issues: If the provided address is incorrect or the package is undeliverable due to reasons such as the receiver not being available, additional charges may apply.

5. Delivery & Satisfaction

   We personally deliver every order to ensure your plants arrive happy and healthy. Due to the delicate nature of plants and our commitment to the highest service quality, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you have any concerns about your plants upon arrival, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will address them promptly.

6. Returns & Refunds

   • Returns: We do not accept returns due to the fragile nature of our products. Please carefully read the product description and review the pictures before placing your order.
     • Return Case 1: We do not accept returns unless we have shipped you an incorrect or damaged product. Please contact us with details and a video of the unpackaging for processing.
     • Return Case 2: Returns are only applicable in the case of incorrect or damaged shipments. A video of unpackaging will be required to process your return.
   • Refunds: Refunds are not accepted unless we have sent an incorrect or damaged product. To qualify for a refund, we require a complete video of the product’s unpackaging.

7. Intellectual Property

   All content on our Website is our property or that of our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our content without permission.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

   • As-Is: We provide our products and services “as is” without warranties, express or implied.
   • No Liability: We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our Website or products.
