Delivery
For live plants, we primarily cater to Delhi and Gurgaon for retail orders. However, for bulk orders we deliver across entire Delhi NCR.
We use optimal packaging for delivering our plants. Only the pots are packaged for safety during transit. The plants are left open to breathe. We hand deliver our plants for ultimate safety, and health of the plants
We deliver limited plants outside Delhi, which can withstand travel easily. This facility is available only for bulk orders. You may contact us for the same.
Pots and other décor items are typically despatched within 2-3 days from our Delhi warehouse through reliable and secure logistics partners. Depending on your location, it may take 2 – 5 or more days to reach you.
Delivery is free for all non-live items, irrespective of their price.
The ideal preparation time for a new planter before it reaches you is 3 – 7 days. Since we hand deliver our plants you will get them the day they are dispatched. If for some reason, you want them earlier, please leave a comment while placing your order. We would try our best to make it possible for you.
You may also make your selections from “Next Day Delivered” section for faster delivery.
You will be notified prior to the delivery date so that you are aware of the date of delivery. Our delivery partners will only make 1 attempt to deliver the planters. If no one is there to receive the package, it will be returned to our warehouse. You will have to pay shipping charges again to receive your package.
We start working on your order as soon as we receive it.
If we have the plant already potted in the planter of your choice, we move it to “under observation” section and dispatch it after three days.
Otherwise, we transplant the plant from our nursery pot into the planter of your choice and observe the plant in its new home for three to five days, depending on season, and age and variety of the plant. You plant is hand delivered to you as soon as we are convinced of it being in a stable condition after repotting.
This ensures that your new plant arrives in a healthy condition, and makes your plant parenting smooth.
Next day! Please select plants from “Next Day Delivery” section to avoid any hassle.
For other plants, we can surely try for an earlier despatch but we cannot promise the same. Please place your order keeping this in consideration.
Observing a plant after it has been re-potted is very important. We want every plant to complete at least two watering cycles with us after it has been re-potted. We hence don’t encourage hurrying up this phase. Giving time at this stage is critical for you to have an easy nurturing experience with the plant later.
Bulk Orders
Ideally not! Because we want to select the best plants, re-pot them patiently in new planters, complete two watering cycles at our end, make them ready for dispatch and prepare gifting cards for your order. Details at every step take time to complete the order. We would love your patience and support in letting us do this to perfection.
But, if you are in a real hurry, reach out to us, and we will try our best to make it possible for you. However, remember that you can avail a 2% extra off when you book your bulk orders 15 days in advance with us.
Absolutely! We work with various company vendors and event managers to support them with their plant gifting solutions. We offer best quality potted plants along with price match policy.
We ideally expect an MOQ of 30 to 50 plants to be able to give you a plethora of customization and personalisation options for designing your gift hampers. And, of course, give offer you the best volume deals! However, there is no minimum requirement. You my start from 5 plants also!
In the case of plants, we hand deliver all our orders. Actual charges towards transportation, packaging and handling are levied as per the order size, and location.
Customization
Of course! We can custom design your plant gift hampers with your logo on packaging for bulk orders. You have to give us sufficient time.
We personally believe that planters should not carry logo, as that takes away the fun in decorating them on a table. Nobody likes to be someone else’s brand ambassador. But you can always make a good impression by making your packaging beautiful and innovative with your company logo.
Our catalog comprises of plants, which even beginners can easily take care of. The catalog has been carefully designed so that plant parents can have a great experience later on. Hence, you may not find all plants here. However, if you want any plants that is/are not on our catalog, you can surely share a picture of the desired product, and we would arrange the same for you on a best effort basis.
The sooner the better! This gives us time to complete watering cycles at our facility after your plants are re-potted in pots of your choice. This also makes it easy for gift recipients to take care of them.
7 – 10 days is a good time for most of the orders. But it may take longer during festive season and winters when plant growth slows down.
We start preparing orders once the complete payment is received.
We offer an additional 2% off for orders placed 15 days prior to delivery.
In case you are expecting any modifications in the plant variety or pot variety due to any reason like management approvals etc., do let us know in advance so that we don’t start working on your order. You can still secure your 2% discount by ordering 15 days in advance.
We can start our work, once it gets the final nod from you.
We will not be able to cancel or modify the order once our team has commenced work to service your order.
Once you have placed your order, please wait for our confirmation e-mail. It typically takes 3-7 days to hand deliver live plants within Delhi and Gurugram. You will be notified a day before your scheduled delivery.
For orders that cannot be hand delivered, we will send you your tracking code.
Plant Care
There are next to 0% chances of this happening, since we hand deliver! But, in the rarest event, please share a video of the plant as soon as possible and e-mail it to us within 24 hours of delivery.
Payment & Billing
No. Since plants would be specifically customised for you in pots of your choice, we would need 100% advance to begin the work.
Your GST invoice will be shared with you after your complete payment has been made.
Visiting & Contact
We don’t have plants on display in our corporate office. You can book your order online from the pictures shown there. We promise you of what you see, is what you will get in terms of quality. Should you need a sample for approval, it can be booked on a case-to-case basis.
Plant Beginners Corner
We would suggest that you start with a minimum of five plants. Everyone needs company including plants. With this number you can bring life to many of key areas in your home like living room, bedroom, kitchen, study room or work space. Having a plant in front of you, wherever you go, serves as a friendly reminder to water them. This will help you form a new habit of nurturing plants.
Start with faith that your plants will do well, and you will see them grow!
You must have heard the story of ball pen vs fountain pen. In case you who haven’t, here it goes -There was this individual who was always misplacing and losing his pens. When his friend was gifting him an expensive fountain pen, he requested his friend to not to give him such an expensive pen because of this habit of losing pens. On hearing this, his friend said “Oh! You lose pens. Then I insist that you take this expensive pen only!” and gave him that expensive gift.
Six months hence when they met, his friend noted that the expensive fountain pen was still there with him. When the friend asked as to why he had not lost this pen, the individual responded “No Man! Knowing that this is so expensive, how could I have lost it?
This story gels so much with our thinking: you get any plant in an in-expensive plastic pot, you are not so concerned if it will survive as replacement looks an easy option. However, if you get an exquisite plant in a classic ceramic pot worthy of being the centrepiece in your home/ work that people notice, you admire, observe and feel good about, you will take care of it and the plant will grow.
Please remember, plants are living things. They are living things and only when you feel them, your mood, your vibes will elevate. For plants to make a difference to your life, you should be engaged with them. We don’t want you to bring home a plant just to forget about it. You need to bond with it. We want you to feel happiness that comes from nurturing a living thing.
With self-watering plants your role gets significantly limited and your treatment to the plant becomes very similar to that with non-living décor.
Plants are just like your babies and only when you take care of them, they do better. In the process, you also become a better version of yourself as you start taking care of another living being.

It is certainly not a cake-walk for us Delhiites to grow our plants well. Unlike Pune, which is the hub for growing plants, Delhi has pleasant climate for only three to four months in a year. Rest of the time, we are struggling with extreme cold or extreme heat.
